Our Story
It all started with a love of coffee and a dream of sharing it beyond the café walls. Penny, our long-haired dachshund, became the heart and mascot of our journey — inspiring the name before the coffee van even existed.
Today The Long Black is a trusted mobile coffee service across Melbourne and regional Victoria. With every cup we serve, we carry the warmth, passion, and a little paw-print of Penny that started it all.
Now it’s grown into something bigger — a small coffee movement built around great coffee and good people.
